Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Richards has served as the chief executive officer of Global Rescue since he founded the company in 2004. He also serves as the president of Crisis Services Company, a Vermont-based captive insurance company. Mr. Richards has been a featured speaker on CNN, Fox News, NPR and other major media outlets regarding crisis response, mitigation and travel risk management topics. He currently serves on the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board at the U.S. Department of Commerce, is the lead director of the board of Re:wild, a science-based environmental conservation organization, is an ambassador for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team, and a global member of the World Travel and Tourism Council. Prior to founding Global Rescue, Mr. Richards spent a decade in the private equity and financial services industries. Mr. Richards is a graduate of Middlebury College. He received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he has served as an entrepreneur-in-residence.

Vice President and Medical Director
Dr. Seid joined Global Rescue in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing worldwide medical operations. His prior experience includes over 25 years as a Board-Certified practicing surgeon. Dr. Seid has served as a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Southern California and as the Chief of Staff of St. John’s Hospital, a medical center on the West-Side of Los Angeles. During his career as a surgeon, Dr. Seid has treated, operated and advised on a wide variety of diseases, abnormalities and injuries. Previously, Dr. Seid founded Millennium Medical, a developer of puncture-resistant protective surgical garments and OR Technologies, a manufacturer of fire reduction and suppressive systems for operating room environments. Dr. Seid is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of California at San Francisco Medical School.
Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Roth joined Global Rescue from Holland and Knight, LLP, an international law firm, where she was an attorney in the firm’s corporate litigation practice. Prior to joining Holland and Knight, she worked in the Institutional Client Group at Lehman Brothers. Previously, she was drafted to play professional soccer by the Atlanta Beat of the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA). Ms. Roth is a graduate of Dartmouth College where she was an All-Northeast and All-Ivy soccer player. She received her JD with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Roth currently serves on the advisory board of Soccer Without Borders, a nonprofit that uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change for under-served youth, and the Dartmouth Women’s Soccer team.

Mr. Holmes is responsible for Marketing at Global Rescue. Michael joined Global Rescue from IBM where he held various senior roles throughout the organization working as the Program Director for The Weather Company, Watson Solutions and WebSphere Software. Mr. Holmes is a graduate of The University of Rochester. He earned his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Business School.

Associate Medical Director
Dr. Zegans is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. Prior to joining Global Rescue, Dr. Zegans held various positions where she practiced internal medicine and pediatrics, respectively, for Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Previously, she served as an Associate Professor at the Dartmouth Medical School and as the Clinical Director of the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Zegans is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of San Francisco Medical School. She has also studied at the Harvard Business School.
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Formanek is responsible for accounting and finance operations at Global Rescue. She joined Global Rescue from Picaboo Yearbooks where she was the Director of Finance. Previously, Ms. Formanek held senior accounting and finance positions at the Orvis Co. and was the Chief Financial Officer of AI Squared. She began her career at KPMG in the Private Business Advisory Services group and is the founder of a private accounting firm that she led for over a decade. She currently serves on the board of the Vermont Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a member of the Handel Society at Dartmouth College. Ms. Formanek graduated from the University of Connecticut where she was an Honors Scholar.
Vice President, Information Technology
Mr. Kamal is responsible for global Information Technology at Global Rescue which includes software application development and IT infrastructure. He joined Global Rescue from SPS Inc., where he worked as head of software development. Previously, Mr. Kamal taught for ten years at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) of Pakistan as a member of the computer science faculty and led the IBM technologies lab. Mr. Kamal is a graduate of Punjab University Pakistan. He earned his Master’s Degree in Physics from GCU Lahore.
Vice President, Human Capital Management
Ms. Diamond is responsible for human capital at Global Rescue. She joined Global Rescue from Credit Suisse where she was a Director of Business Management and Communications within the IT investment bank. Previously, Ms. Diamond was a Vice President in the human resources group at Lehman Brothers. She has also worked at Time Warner Inc. where she coordinated human resources for the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks. Ms. Diamond is a graduate of Elon University. She earned her MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Ashley is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. He is currently a Colonel in the Rhode Island Air National Guard and serves as the 143rd Air Wing Medical Group Commander. Previously, Dr. Ashley served as a the Medical Director for the Department of Family Medicine at the Brown University Alpert Medical School.
Dr. Ashley is a graduate of Brown University. He received his MD from the Brown University School of Medicine, and his MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. Dr. Johnson is an expert in wilderness and altitude medicine. He is a past President of the Wilderness Medical Society and has served on the organization’s Board of Directors since 2006. Dr. Johnson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Himalaya Rescue Association and has served as a volunteer physician at Mt. Everest ER, the medical tent located at Mt. Everest Basecamp.
Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Tenerowicz is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. He has trained as an emergency room physician and has two decades of experience as a practicing physician at hospitals in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Dr. Tenerowicz is currently a Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Corps and has done three tours of duty in the Middle East. His deployments include service in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq in 2002, 2004 and 2007, respectively, where he treated both combat and non-combat related injuries and illnesses and managed medical evacuation procedures and operations.
Previously, Dr. Tenerowicz served as a Flight Physician for the University of Massachusetts Life Flight helicopter medical evacuation team.
Dr. Tenerowicz is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Trinity College where he was a Presidential Fellow and played hockey. He received his MD from the Brown University School of Medicine.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Sears is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. She is currently a Colonel in the USAF and serves as Medical Director of the Family Health Clinic, 99th Healthcare Operations Squadron. Previously, Dr. Sears has served as Chief of Medical Staff and Family Physician at military treatment facilities across the world. Dr. Sears is a Board Certified Osteopathic Family Physician and a Certified Physician Executive. She received her DO from Western University of Health Sciences and CPE from the American Association for Physician Leadership.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Seidenberg is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. Dr. Seidenberg spent five years practicing medicine in Lusaka, Zambia. Previously, Dr. Seidenberg was a Fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Global Health where he developed and led initiatives to improve healthcare delivery in Africa. He also was an attending Emergency Department physician at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas, where he was responsible for leading all Emergency Department patient care and teaching duties.
Dr. Seidenberg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he played varsity soccer and received All-America honors. Dr. Seidenberg is a graduate of the Stanford University School of Medicine.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Fancher is responsible for overseeing and leading medical operations at Global Rescue. Prior to joining Global Rescue, Dr. Fancher served 30 years in the United States Air Force where she earned the rank of Lt. Colonel. During her service she worked over 10,000 aeromedical evacuations and was deployed six times with 3 forward redeployments, where she treated both combat and non-combat related injuries and illnesses and managed medical evacuation procedures and operations.
Dr. Fancher is a graduate of the University of Kansas. She received her DO from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine and her MPH from Tulane University.
Director, Medical Operations
Mr. Koo is responsible for managing active operations and for managing the United States-based medical operations staff at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore where he was the Operations Manager. Previously, Mr. Koo was an Assistant Operations Manager with International SOS and a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at National University Hospital. Prior to joining National University Hospital, he was a Combat Medic with the Singapore Armed Forces.
Mr. Koo is a graduate of Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore. He earned his Master’s in Health Administration from Flinders University in Australia.
Director, Communications
Mr. McIntyre is responsible for communications at Global Rescue. Prior to joining Global Rescue, he was the Principal at BlueLine Communications and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. A former award-winning journalist, he held leadership positions with Edelman and Ketchum public relations agencies in Washington DC. Mr. McIntyre is a graduate of Columbia University.
Director, Digital Marketing
Mr. Klass leads Digital Marketing at Global Rescue. Prior to Global Rescue, he worked as the Director of Marketing at Empire Imports and Director of Digital Marketing at the Hermitage Club. An avid traveler, Wil has authored several travel guidebooks and designed award-winning travel websites. Mr. Klass earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan.
Director, Enterprise Sales
Mr. Leopold is a leader on the enterprise sales team responsible for enterprise sales, development and implementation at Global Rescue. Prior to Global Rescue, he worked at Staples for 20 years where he held a number of different roles, most recently in the Staples Business Advantage division where he was as a Regional Sales Director responsible for new business development.
Mr. Leopold is a graduate of Ohio University.
Associate Director, Information Technology
Mr. Khalil is responsible for Software Application Design and Development at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from JABS Solutions where he was a Technical Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Previously, Mr. Khalil was a Senior Software Engineer for Digital Processing Systems. Prior to joining Digital Processing Systems, he was a Software Engineer at True Meridian.
Mr. Khalil is a graduate of Cecos University.

Associate Director, Information Technology
Mr. Farkhand is responsible for Information Technology Infrastructure at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from 10Pearls where he was a Senior IT Manager leading a team of technologists. He has over fifteen years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security across many sectors. He earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Hamdard University, Karachi.
Associate Director, Security Operations
Mr. Bush is responsible for managing security operations at Global Rescue. Previously, Mr. Bush spent more than 20 years as a US Navy SEAL during which he held responsibilities including Platoon Leading Senior Chief for SEAL Team Eight and Command Senior Chief of the Navy’s Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Course. After leaving the armed forces, Mr. Bush held international security leadership positions for the Jannah Hunt Oil Company working closely with senior executives on security conditions at three oil production facilities in Yemen. Additionally, he was a security advisor and trainer for the Ogontz Group and Harke Strategic where he delivered a full spectrum of security services to global organizations.
Mr. Bush is a graduate of Norwich University where he earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees.
Senior Manager, Intelligence Products & Services
Mr. Webber is responsible for intelligence products and services at Global Rescue in the Americas. Previously, Mr. Webber worked as a Senior Intelligence Operations Officer in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, United States Pentagon. Prior to that position, Kent served as a career intelligence officer in the United States Army from 1992 to 2012. His military career culminated in Battalion Command and retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Webber is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He also earned a Master of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
Associate Director, Account Operations
Mr. Morris is responsible for Account Operations at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Rockingham Ambulance where he was a Paramedic Field Supervisor. Mr. Morris spent five years in the Medical Operations department, most recently as a Manager of Medical Operations, prior to transitioning to Account Operations.
Mr. Morris is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
GRID Intelligence & Information
Mr. Powell is responsible for intelligence gathering and information delivery at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from International SOS where he was a Regional Manager of Information and Analysis. Previously, Mr. Powell was a Project Coordinator with Velocitel, Inc. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Powell served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer where his duties included serving as an Intelligence Watch Chief, Intelligence Collection Manager and Chinese Linguist.
Mr. Powell is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University.
Product Manager
Mr. Faisal is responsible for Software Application Design and Development at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from a position doing freelance work in Software Development with a focus on CRM systems. Previously, Mr. Faisal was a Technical Manager and CRM Domain Expert for Target Systems. Prior to joining Target Systems, he was a Software Engineer for Ex-Cel Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Faisal is a graduate of the National Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad.
Associate Director, Channel Sales
Mr. Aubin is responsible for driving Channel sales opportunities at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from DuPont where he was North America Channel Sales Manager within their Shelter business. He has held numerous sales leadership roles during his approximate 8 year tenure with DuPont and in prior roles elsewhere.
Mr. Aubin is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he studied Political Science and Business.
Senior Manager, Medical Operations
Mr. Stretch is responsible for managing active operations and for managing the Philippines-based operations staff at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue in 2015 from International SOS in Qatar where he managed Emergency Medical Services for the World’s largest gas-to-liquids plant. Previously, Mr. Stretch was a Paramedic within the UK National Health service, working predominantly as a motorcycle paramedic in Central London.
Mr. Stretch is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Paramedic Science.
Manager, Member Services
Ms. Graham is responsible for managing teams of inbound and outbound customer service staff at Global Rescue. She joined Global Rescue from Verizon Wireless where she worked in a variety of customer service and quality assurance roles, most recently as a Customer Service Coordinator. Prior to Verizon Wireless, Ms. Graham was a teller at TD Bank North.
Senior Product Manager, Business Analyst
Mr. Zia is responsible for developing technical solutions for business needs at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Comcept - TeleTaleem where he was a Technical Manager. Previously, Mr. Zia was a Software Consultant and Team Lead for Comcept.
Mr. Zia is a graduate of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. He earned his Master’s in Software Engineering & Management from Linkoping University.
Senior Manager, Quality Assurance
Mr. Aslam is responsible for Software Quality Assurance at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from White Wings Technologies, Inc. where he was a Software Test Analyst. Previously, Mr. Aslam was a Software Test Analyst for Skane Soft A/S. Prior to joining Skane Soft A/S, he was a Quality Assurance Engineer at Pioneer Tel Limited.
Mr. Aslam is a graduate of Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. He earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Blekinge Tekniska Högskola. Mr. Aslam is the author of a book and several research articles regarding software testing.

Mr. Ismail is responsible for human capital management and office administration at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from JABS Solutions where he was a Human Resource Manager.
Mr. Ismail is a graduate of the University of Peshawar. He earned his MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management from Bahria University.
Manager, Medical Operations
Mr. Weinstein is responsible for supervising active operations and US based Medical Operations teams at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from American Medical Response Ambulance Service. Previously Mr. Weinstein also held positions as the Medical Control Officer/Paramedic at New Mexico State University Fire and EMS Department, as well as a paramedic instructor for the paramedic program through New Mexico State University (NMSU).
Mr. Weinstein earned his Paramedicine degree from NMSU’s Doña Ana Community College. He went on to obtain his critical care certification as a Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C). Mr. Weinstein also attended an intensive austere medicine and mountain rescue program from the School of Medicine at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Manager, Human Capital Management & Office Administration
Mr. Vivar is responsible for human capital management and office administration at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Optia Partners International where he was a General Manager. Previously, Mr. Vivar was an International Research Manager for AdMark Asia Research Center. Prior to joining AdMark Asia Research Center, he was an Account Executive at Imatech Corporation.
Mr. Vivar is a graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration.

David Koo
Medical Operations Manager, Manila Operations Center
David Koo joined Global Rescue in 2013 from one of the best hospitals in Singapore where he managed a team of nurses. Prior to that, David was an Assistant Operations Manager at International SOS where managed remote medical clinics and oversaw evacuation operations. Previously, David served as a Combat Medic Specialist in the Singaporean Armed Forces.

Danielle Graham
Member Services Manager, Lebanon (NH) Operations Center
Danielle Graham came to Global Rescue in 2014 after spending seven years in customer service and quality assurance for Verizon. She started with Global Rescue as a member services associate before moving up the ranks to supervisor, and then associate manager. She has studied business management and nursing, and in her spare time she likes going to country music concerts, hiking, running, walking her dogs, dancing, 4-wheeling and skiing.

Jeff Weinstein
Medical Operations Supervisor, Lebanon (NH) Operations Center
Jeff Weinstein started as a senior specialist at Global Rescue in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience as an EMT and paramedic. Jeff holds a Critical Care Paramedic certification, is Flight Paramedic Certified, has a year of specialty training in Austere Medicine and Mountain Rescue from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and holds an Advanced Wilderness Life Support (AWLS) certification. When not saving lives in places like Nepal, where he was part of the team deployed in the wake of the 2015 earthquake, he spends time at home with his wife and 3-year-old daughter.
